Q What is the lead time for eyewear production?
1-3 days for stock; 15-20 days for customize logo; 60-75 days for customized designs.
Q Can I customize my own brand and logo on the frames?
Absolutely. Typically we do this through silk print, laser, and hot stamp. Logos can also be added to the lenses and temples. Our designer will make a mock-up for your confirmation before bulk order.

Q Do you guarantee the quality of your products?
We have QC to control the quality one by one. If there is any defect, we will take care of it before shipment. If the product you receive has any defects during transportation, we will work with you to solve the problem.
Q How many shipping ways can I choose?
We support ship by express / by air / by sea. Express usually takes 4-7 working days; shipping by air will be 10-15 days; shipping by sea will take 25-45 days.
